The Zamoyski Museum in Kozłówka undertakes to ensure the availability of its website in accordance with the Act of April 4, 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. The accessibility statement applies to the website of the Zamoyski Museum in Kozłówka.

Facilitations
- increased contrast (contrasting background, graphic elements, listed navigation elements containing a clear focus in the form of a frame visible during keyboard navigation),
- the ability to enlarge/decrease the size of the text on the page,
- structured and clear site map,
- articles and sections include headings for easy keyboard navigatio,
- the content of articles and publications is available through a menu organized in the form of a hierarchical list, in which each item is an active link to the described menu item, the menu is also available through keyboard shortcuts,
- the website is adapted for an easy enlargement from the browser menu.
Inconsistencies:
- lack of text layer in scanned documents,
- work is in progress to prepare the missing alternative texts for photos and graphics inserted on the website after September 23, 2020. Efforts are being made to ensure that new publications are prepared correctly.

Everyone has the right to request that the digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or any of their elements be ensured. You can also request information to be made available using an alternative access method, for example by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of the video without audio description, etc. The request should contain the details of the person submitting the request, indicate which website or mobile application is meant and the method of contact. If the requesting person reports the need to receive information by means of an alternative method of access, they should also specify a convenient way of presenting this information. The public entity should execute the request immediately, not later than within 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform the person submitting the request about it when it will be possible to fulfill the request, and the deadline may not be longer than 2 months from the date of submitting the request. Sightseeing in Polish Sign Language (known as PJM)
In order to visit our museum with a smartphone in hand and stay up to date with the exhibits on display, all people, especially the deaf and hard-of-hearing, can use the free “Museums in Polish Sign Language” app. The app can be downloaded from online stores in both Android and iOS versions. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.qrtag.muzeapjm&hl=pl&gl=US
The Polish Sign Language Foundation has developed the Museums in Polish Sign Language app. It allows deaf and hard-of-hearing people to learn about museum collections gathered in 6 museums across Poland, one of which is the Zamoyski Museum in Kozłówka.
Architectural accessibility
General information
1. The surface of alleys and access to buildings is hardened, mostly granite.
2. The gate of the palace and park complex is adapted for wheelchair users.
3. Park alleys are paved with fine gravel.
4. Benches in the park allow a person with limited mobility to transfer freely from a wheelchair to a bench, or to position a wheelchair parallel to the bench.
5. Next to the Art Gallery of Socialist Realism is a toilet adapted for the needs of people with disabilities.
6. The parent-child room is located next to the Art Gallery of Socialist Realism.
7. The grounds of the palace and park complex include a children’s playground and an area for outdoor recreation, as well as a covered space for relaxation and dining.
8. The evacuation site is located in the main parking lot.
Parking Lot
1. Parking spaces for people with disabilities are located in the main car park of the Museum and marked with horizontal and vertical signs (2 spaces).
2. Parking surface made of openwork plates filled with soil.
3. People with a valid parking card for disabled people park free of charge at designated places.
Playground and covered area for relaxing and dining
1. The playground is not accessible to children in wheelchairs.
2. There are 2 TOI TOI toilets with full sanitary facilities in close proximity to the playground and a covered area for resting and eating.
The exposition:
The palace:
1. The entrance to the palace is possible after passing a step which is 16 cm high.
2. A 33-step staircase (4-speed with 3 landings) leads to the exhibition in the Palace on the first floor. Because of the impossibility of overcoming the architectural barrier *, wheelchairs can be brought up the stairs by the guardians of the disabled. We regret to inform you that the Museum cannot provide assistance in moving wheelchairs.
3. In the palace you can rent a wheelchair.
4. The tour takes place on a red carpet that is wide enough for a wheelchair to maneuver freely.
5. In most of the exhibition rooms at the Museum there are chairs designed to rest during sightseeing.
The Chapel and the Room of the Priest Stefan Wyszyński
1. The entrance to the Chapel is possible after crossing a low threshold. There are no architectural barriers inside the building.
2. The room has chairs for resting during the visit.
The Art Gallery of Socialist Realism
1. The entrance to the Art Gallery of Socialist Realism is possible after passing a step which is 16 cm high. There are no architectural barriers inside the building.
2. In the gallery, there are benches designed for resting while visiting.
The Carriage House
1. The Carriage House is architecturally accessible to all people with special needs.
Educational Accessibility
Educational Accessibility (only in Polish)
1. It is possible to adapt the educational offer for people with special needs (after prior notification). 2. It is possible to organize a special tour of the palace for people with visual impairment (after prior notification).
3. For visually impaired people, a special guide in Braille has been made. It also has an enlarged font. Selected exhibits are also available in the thermoforming technique (available after prior notification).
4. The typhoon map of the palace and park complex is located at the entrance to the ticket office building.
5. Inside the palace it is possible to touch certain exhibits or copies of them (after consultation with the exposition supervisor).
